Are you stuck in preview mode and are having difficulty logging into the app? If so, you will need to restore the purchase of your DisneyLife membership.
To restore your DisneyLife membership, all you need to do is:
Open the DisneyLife app.
Tap on Log In.
Tap on Restore Purchase.
A Subscription Terms pop-up window will appear. It will state that your membership will automatically renew every month for £9.99. Tap on Continue.
Tap on OK in both pop-up windows that appear.
This will recognise your active subscription and you can continue to enjoy DisneyLife as usual.
