When attempting to download Where's My Water? again after having downloaded and installed the app previously, the follow error message appears:
"'Where's My Water?' could not be downloaded due to an error (403)"
This mostly occurs on Samsung Nexus S devices running Android (ICS) 4.0.3 or later.
To fix this, try clearing the proxy:
1. From the Home menu, select Menu
2. Select Settings from the Menu and navigate to Wireless & Networks; select More...
3. Tap Mobile Networks: > Access Point Names (APNs) > MOWAP > Edit Access Point
4. Clear the proxy settings here to resolve the issue
