On the original device where the book/credits were purchased, activate the iCloud Drive.
To do this, follow the directions below:
1. Go to Settings, tap iCloud, and ensure that iCloud Drive is set to On. Scroll down and ensure that Disney Storytime is set to On as well. Please note the e-mail address associated with your device.
2. Now open the app on the same device; the data on the app will be pushed automatically to your iCloud account.
3. Log into the same iCloud account on the second device and ensure that iCloud Drive and Disney Storytime are set to On, as above.
4. Open the app on the second device. The books/credits already purchased should now appear!
Note: Make sure that both devices are connected to the internet during this process.
If you have activated iCloud on both devices and still cannot see your purchases, please go to Help in the app and email us directly from your device. Remember to include your iTunes receipt as proof of purchase.
