How do I save my game or recover lost progress?

Syncing your gameplay allows you to save or recover your progress. Look below for steps on how to sync your game:

Syncing Progress - Android

If you're already logged into Google Play, your game is already being synced. If you're not logged in:

 
1. Force close Disney Crossy Roads.

2. Open Disney Crossy Roads.

3. You'll be prompted to log in or create a new Google Play account. (If you're trying to recover your progress, log in with the same Google Play account that you'd previously used for Disney Crossy Roads).

4. Once signed in, your progress will be backed up as you play. Any previous gameplay will be recovered.

If your progress has not returned: Play the tutorial with Mickey, force close the app, wait 5-10 minutes, and then re-open it. If you'd previously been synced to Google Play your progress should return. 




Syncing Progress - iOS

If you're already logged in to iCloud, your progress is being saved on your account. If you're not logged into iCloud, perform the following:

 
1. Tap on your device's Settings

2. Tap on iCloud

3. Log in or create a new iCloud account (If you're trying to recover your progress, log in with the same iCloud account that you'd previously used for Disney Crossy Roads). 

4. Once signed in, open Disney Crossy Roads. Your progress will be backed up as you play. 

If your progress has not returned: Play the tutorial with Mickey, force close the app, wait 5-10 minutes, and then re-open it. If you'd previously been synced to iCloud your progress should return.
