What do I do if my purchases aren't showing up in Disney Storytime?

Follow the directions below to restore your purchases in Disney Storytime:

 
1. Open the app on the device where the credits were originally purchased
 
2. Tap the Parents section in the upper left-hand corner of the main menu

3. Enter the numbers

4. Tap Help

Help

5. Scroll down and select Sync this Device with iCloud


Sync


 
You should see all of your purchases now!

 
If your purchases still aren't showing up, or you don't see the option to Sync this Device with iCloud, please contact us with the following information:
 
1. Your device's installation and device ID's. To find these:
 
a. Launch the Disney Storytime app

b. Select Parents in the top left corner

c. Enter the numbers

d. Tap Help

e. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap on our support email address. This will open up an email with information about your device automatically included. See below:

2. A copy of your iTunes receipt showing the purchase of the additional credits, or a screenshot of your iTunes purchase history showing the purchase.
