There are two reasons why you might see an extra fee on your credit card statement:
1. It may be an International Transaction Fee. This fee is charged by your credit card company on cross-border transactions. Club Penguin is not responsible for this fee. Please contact your credit card provider for more details.
2. Depending on your payment method, the extra fee may be a pre-authorization. This fee should disappear from your credit card statement within 10 working days. Please contact your credit card provider if it does not.
