How do I cancel my DisneyLife membership on the Apple store?

If you signed up though the Apple App Store, please note we cannot cancel on your behalf, as we don’t hold your payment details. 
You need to contact Apple to cancel your subscription and you can do that either on your device or on your Mac or PC.

To cancel on your Device 
 

  1. Go to the device’s Settings

  2. Tap iTunes & App Store in the list provided.

  3. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen that is highlighted in blue. 

  4. Tap View Apple ID in the pop-up box.

  5. Under Subscriptions, tap Manage.

  6. Tap DisneyLife.

  7. Turn off auto-renewal.


 
To cancel on a Mac or PC
 

  1. Open iTunes on your computer or laptop.

  2. If you aren’t signed in, you will need to sign in with your Apple ID.

  3. From the Menu bar at the top of your computer screen or at the top of the iTunes window, click on Account.

  4. Click on View My Account.

  5. Enter your password, then click View Account.

  6. Scroll to the Settings section

  7. To the right of Subscriptions, click Manage.

  8. Choose DisneyLife from the list of subscriptions that you want to manage.

  9. Towards the bottom of the page, you will need to turn off the Automatic Renewal. This will cancel your membership.

 
 

Note: If you are using Windows and can’t see the menu bar, you can change your menu bar settings by:
 

  1. Clicking on the Menu icon in the upper-left corner of iTunes.

  2. Select Show Menu Bar

  3. Go to step 4 above.
