How do I clear my web cache?

OK, we admit it – computers can be a major pain. Don't worry, we've kept our troubleshooting steps simple!

Try the directions below if you're having trouble loading one of our Disney sites:

 

Internet Explorer 9 and up:
 
1. Select Internet Options from the Gear menu in the top right corner of the screen

2. Click the General tab
 
3. Select Delete in the Browsing History section

3. Make sure that Preserve Favorites Website Data is NOT checked
 
4. Select Temporary Internet Files in the Delete Browsing History window
 
5. Select Delete

6. You'll see the following message at the bottom of your screen once the cache has been successfully cleared:

7. Close your browser and open it again to complete the process

Chrome:
 
1. Click the three bar icon in the top right corner of the screen
 
 
2. Hover over More Tools, then select Clear Browsing Data...

3. Under Time Period To Clear, choose the beginning of time
 
4. Make sure that Cached images and files is checked, then click Clear browsing data

5. Close your browser and open it again to complete the process

Firefox:
 
1. Click the 3 bar icon in the top right corner of the screen

2. Select Preferences

3. Choose Advanced

4. Select Network

5. Under Cached Web Content, choose Clear Now

6. Close your browser and open it again to complete the process

Safari:
 
 
1. Select Safari, then Preferences

3. Click the check box next to Show develop menu in menu bar

4. Now select Develop from the top of the screen, then Empty Caches
