If you have purchased Gems in Inside Out Thought Bubbles but they aren't showing up, please first check that the payment was successfully processed.
If your Gems still haven't been applied, you can request a refund through the store where you made the purchase. Select your store/device from the list below:
If your purchase was made through the App Store on an iOS device:
1. Launch iTunes on your Mac or PC.
2. Click on your name in the upper right.
3. Select Account Info from the drop-down.
3. Enter your password.
4. Scroll down to Purchase History; select See All.
5. Find your purchase, then click the arrow next to it.
6. Select Report a Problem; you'll be redirected to the Apple support site.
7. Sign into the site, and follow the directions from there.

If you purchased on a Windows 8 or 10 device:
Android (Google Play)If you purchased from Google Play on an Android device, we can submit a refund request for you. Please include the following information in your email:
1. Your full name as it appears in your Google Play account
