What can I do if I have a complaint?

If you have a complaint, please contact us directly at help@disneylife.co.uk 
You can find out about the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

At present, we do not use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) including through the ODR platform as a means of settling consumer complaints.
