What do I do when DisneyLife isn’t working properly?

If you’re experiencing any technical issues when exploring DisneyLife, we recommend following these steps:

Check your internet

  • Check your connection speed. If lots of devices are sharing one Wi-Fi connection, your internet may be slow. This can stop the Home screen from loading properly.
  • Check your connection strength. Is your device a long way from your router? If so, try moving closer.

Restart device

  • Switch off your device completely. Once it’s shut down safely, switch it on again.
 Restarting your device is often the simplest way to fix these issues.

Update device

  • Make sure your device is running the latest version of your operating system.

Reinstall the app


  1. Tap and hold the app icon until it jiggles.
  2. Tap the x in the top left corner.
  3. Press Delete.
  4. Reinstall the app via the App Store.


  1. Go to your devices settings menu, then apps or application manager.
  2. Tap the DisneyLife app.
  3. Tap uninstall
  4. Reinstall from the Playstore
This will ensure you’re using the latest version of DisneyLife. Note that your Downloads will not be kept if the DisneyLife app is uninstalled from the device.
