Why can’t I navigate through DisneyLife properly?

If the DisneyLife interface isn’t responding as it should, here are a few things you can try. Check after each one to see if the problem’s still there. 

Check your internet

  • Check your connection speed. If lots of devices are sharing one Wi-Fi connection, your internet may be slow. This can cause issues with DisneyLife.
  • Check your connection strength. Is your device a long way from your router? If so, try moving closer.

Restart your device

  • Switch off your device completely. Once it’s shut down safely, switch it on again.
Restarting your device is often the simplest way to fix issues like this.

Update your device

  • Make sure your device is running the latest version of your operating system

Reinstall the app


  1. Tap and hold the app icon until it jiggles.
  2. Tap the x in the top left corner.
  3. Press Delete.
  4. Reinstall the app via the App Store.


  1. Go to your devices settings menu, then apps or application manager.
  2. Tap the DisneyLife app.
  3. Tap Uninstall.
  4. Reinstall from the Playstore.
This will ensure you’re using the latest version of DisneyLife. Note that your Downloads will not be kept if the DisneyLife app is uninstalled from the device.
