What do I do if I see the error message "The game server is not accessible..."?

Error Message

If you see the error message above when launching Nemo's Reef on an iOS or Android device, please check the following:
 
1. Ensure that you have an active and viable 3G/4G or Wi-Fi connection

2. If your connection is stable, this error usually occurs because your reef profile is being accessed from another device.
While a single Nemo's Reef profile can be accessed from several devices, it can only be accessed by a single device at a time.

3. Exit the app from your other device(s), then log in again. The error message should be gone!
 
To exit the app on an iOS device:
 
1. Double-click the Home button.
 
2. Swipe left or right to view your running apps.
 
3. Swipe the app icon up to quit.
