If you see the error message above when launching Nemo's Reef on an iOS or Android device, please check the following:
1. Ensure that you have an active and viable 3G/4G or Wi-Fi connection
2. If your connection is stable, this error usually occurs because your reef profile is being accessed from another device. While a single Nemo's Reef profile can be accessed from several devices, it can only be accessed by a single device at a time.
3. Exit the app from your other device(s), then log in again. The error message should be gone!
To exit the app on an iOS device:
1. Double-click the Home button.
2. Swipe left or right to view your running apps.
3. Swipe the app icon up to quit.
