I didn't receive my purchase of gems in Disney Emoji Blitz.

Haven't received your gems in Disney Emoji Blitz? If they don't appear after 24 hours, try the troubleshooting steps at the following link:

If those steps don't solve the issue, you can request a refund through the following process:

Log into iTunes on a computer and follow these steps:
  1. Open iTunes
  2. Click "iTunes Store" in the upper right corner  
  3. Under "Quick Links", select "Account"  
  4. Scroll down to "Purchase History", and click "See All"  
  5. Click the arrow next to the purchase  
  6. Now click the "Report a Problem" link  
  7. You will be re-directed to the iTunes website; log into your Apple ID and follow the instructions from there   
Click the Contact Us button at the bottom of this article and complete the prompts.

When filling out the 'message' section, include the following info:
  • Your full name as it appears on your Google Play account
  • Your Email address as it appears on your Google Play account
  • Any additional Google Play order numbers
  • An explanation of your refund request
