If you just signed up for a membership, but still can't get member-only items, try the following:
1. Log out of Club Penguin, then back in. Sometimes the system just needs a minute to update! 2. Make sure you're logging into the correct account. Ask your parent to check their membership receipt for the penguin name. 3. Depending on what type of payment was used to buy your membership, it may take a few days for it to activate. Visit How soon will my membership take effect?, to see if your membership needs time to update.
If your membership still isn't working, please have a parent or guardian click the Contact Us button below to send us an email.
They should include as much information about their purchase as possible, including the:
- penguin name
- payment method and amount
- email address entered at the time of purchase
- transaction ID
