Obtaining Crash Logs

posted on 2014/08/21

Crash logs are very helpful to us when you are experiencing issues with a game.

Follow the directions below to find iPhone crash logs in three operating systems:

1. Connect your iPhone/iPad to the computer with its USB cable. Open iTunes if it does not open automatically.
2. Click iPhone/iPad under Devices.
3. Click the Sync button in the bottom right corner of the window. iTunes then transfers all crash logs to your computer.
Mac OS X

Locate the crash logs on a Mac here:

Windows XP

Crash logs are stored here:

C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/<DEVICE_NAME>

<USERNAME> is your personal login. By default, the Application Data folder can be hidden. Follow the steps under Windows Vista/Windows7/Windows 8 to find it.
