Contact us with the following information to help recover your reef profile on your Android device:
Country of origin
- Action required - (a) RECOVERY on same device, or (b) MOVE to new device
NOTE: When selecting MOVE, please remember to install the app onto the new device. Provide us the newly created temporary profile name, as well as the new device's make, model and OS version.
Once we've received and verified the information above, we will send you a confirmation email. This usually takes about three business days.
