Disney Publishing Worldwide - Purchase Issues

I'm having trouble making a purchase.

Make sure that you haven't disabled in-app purchases:

1. Go to Settings, then General

Tap General, then Restrictions

2. Tap Restrictions, then In-App Purchases

Check In-App Purchases
My purchases aren't showing up.

Follow the directions below to restore your purchases:

1. Tap the I or Parents button on the app's main menu
2. Go to the Settings or Story tab
3. Tap Restore Purchases
Can I get a refund for a purchase?

Please contact the appropriate customer support for your device. You can refer to each device’s refund policies when you downloaded the app.
