Why am I receiving a message that my Disney account already exists?

Some guests are unable to login to their Disney account, receiving a message that the account already exists. When attempting to reset the password on the account, the system may not recognize the e-mail associated to it. This is an issue that is being investigated. 

Meanwhile, you can click the Contact Us button below for help from our support team. The following information is needed:
  • The account name (this is often the e-mail address)
  • Your date of birth (this is used if the e-mail you're writing in from is not associated with the account)
You may also want to confirm that your old account can be deleted. 

Once that information is received, our support team will respond to you as soon as possible.
