There's a few reasons you may not be able to connect to a server:
1. You might need to clear your cache. Read How do I clear my cache? to find out how.
2. Check you are using the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. Your Flash Player is the part of your computer that lets you play Club Penguin, and you might need to install the newest version. Check out the article How do I update Flash Player? for more information.
3. This might be a problem on Club Penguin's end, not yours. The server might be offline so that Club Penguin can update or work on the website. Try going to the Club Penguin blog in the What's New section. You can find important news there about what's happening on the site.
4. Content filtering software or security software installed on your computer may be preventing access to Club Penguin. These programs can trigger our bright orange error messages to appear while you are trying to play, or they may come with their own. Talk to an adult about how to change the settings on these types of programs.
